All orders are processed with Christmas care within 1-2 business days from our workshop at 915 Sycamore Street, San Jose, US 95131.

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – Orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we carefully pack each item with Christmas cheer, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return might be needed. Our friendly elves are here to help!

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship Items Back: Package items securely and ship to our workshop address
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of certain Christmas treasures, the following cannot be returned:
- Christmas Lights (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Christmas Novelties (opened or used seasonal items)
- Personalized or custom-made ornaments
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Orders: Customs duties and international shipping costs are non-refundable
