Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the delicate nature of certain Christmas treasures, the following cannot be returned:
- Christmas Lights (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Christmas Novelties (opened or used seasonal items)
- Personalized or custom-made ornaments
- Items marked “Final Sale”
